Our Story

Founded in 2001 by Bobby Pack with just one van and a commitment to honest work, B&C Plumbing has grown into one of North Alabama’s most trusted full-service plumbing companies. Still family-owned and operated by his daughter, Michelle, and son-in-law, Shaun Towry, we continue Bobby’s legacy by combining old-school customer service with modern plumbing expertise—serving homeowners, businesses, and builders across the region with integrity, professionalism, and pride.

Meet the Team

Dewey Lee Driver

Dewey Lee Driver has been a dedicated part of the B&C Plumbing team for over 18 years, bringing a total of 22 years of plumbing experience to every job. As a Journeyman Plumber, Dewey specializes in service work and takes pride in helping people solve their plumbing problems. One thing he wishes every homeowner knew? How to properly maintain their plumbing systems to avoid costly issues down the road. Outside of work, Dewey enjoys hunting and spending time with his large family, which includes five kids and six grandkids. Originally from Grant, Alabama, Dewey is a sweet tea enthusiast and a trusted, familiar face in the field.

Dakota Driver

Dakota Driver may be newer to the plumbing world, but he’s already making a big impact at B&C Plumbing with just over a year of hands-on experience. Following in the footsteps of his father, Dewey Driver, Dakota is proud to be the next generation of plumbers at B&C. He focuses on service jobs and enjoys the challenge of fixing problems for customers. Dakota wants homeowners to know what not to flush down the toilet—it’s advice that can save them a lot of trouble! In his free time, Dakota likes working on cars and going to drive-in movies. He’s a proud dad to a little girl and also takes care of two goats.

When your wife wakes you up at 2:00 in the morning and asks you if you hear water
running, you know immediately it’s not going to be fun. That’s exactly what happened early this morning and the leak in the basement was in fact “not fun”.
I turned the water off and first thing this morning called B & C. The lady who answered the phone was super nice. She set up an appointment and told me what time the plumber should arrive. Sure enough about 30 minutes prior to arrival the plumber gave me a ring to let me know what time he’d be here and he showed up right on schedule as promised. He was very professional and we couldn’t have been any happier with the work he did. We highly recommend B&C and I assure you we will use them again when we have plumbing needs.
